I was glad to see that USAA chose not to be part of the FedNow Pilot Program. However, if USAA wants my feedback: if USAA decides to participate in this wholly unnecessary (and potentially dangerous program), I will be leaving USAA.
This program is a BAD idea. Steer clear of the rocks USAA!
I also am glad to hear USAA will not participate in the FedNow Pilot Program. If they do consider this in the future I will also end my 45 year relationship with USAA.
Customers ALL need to let USAA know this FedNow Pilot Program will not be tolerated by them. Make your comments heard now!
