USAA now has so much junk going on that it's almost impossible to get into one's account and get personal business done.  Please cut all the nonsence we now have to go through to get to our account.


@Mitya, have you tried to use our chat feature?  Please follow these steps:  click on the HELP tab at type in "Contact US" > Select Get Me To The Right Person > Select Banking or the appropriate  area you need assistance > Select Account Activity > You will see the option to click on to call or chat > select chat and you are guided to a live chat.
