I don't know what changed, but when I used to transfer funds into my usaa account from my other bank, the funds were available on the date I set. Now usaa is telling me that it could take a week for the money to be available. This is completely unacceptable. My husband needs to have those funds available or he has no other access to money!

Please send us an email here to socialmedia@usaa.com with your member number and the best way to reach you and we will get a member service representative to take a look at your account and see what can be done so the money is available to your husband.
