Has anyone here ever had their account frozen after a minor account holder turned 18? My child turned 18 and my account has been frozen for DAYS now. I’ve sent in the requested documents after I found out what the issue was. Anyone ever experience this? And how long did it take to be able to access your funds?

I appreciate the swift help. Right now I can’t pay my bills or my insurance because my funds are frozen. Why can’t you unfreeze my account as soon as I sent in documents? I’ve been an 18 year customer and I feel like I’m being punished right now.
