Am I confused someone logs into my account transfer money out of it by Zelle. I file a claim and was told it’s not fraud how is this possible?!? Usaa is a fraud.

Usaa service who can I reach out to. So I can get this resolved I call the 1800 number but they are not the People I should b speak with. I would love to speak with the person from fraud dept. to get this resolved. Can anyone give me a call?!?
