Forecasted transactions no longer visible on checking account

As of yesterday I have not been able to see future or forecasted transactions on my checking account. I used to to be able to forecast my balance by seeing future bills scheduled along with manually added transactions for outside payment withdrawals, expected deposits and the like. As of yesterday morning I can’t see that any longer. Anyone else having the same issue? I love that feature and use it daily to see where My cash position will be. Please don’t take away that feature.

@5346H, thank you for reaching out to us. I'm happy to hear this feature has been helpful to you. It has not been removed and is part of our Money Manager features. If you continue to have issue with not seeing this available online I recommend contacting our website customer support at 877-632-3003. When you're prompted, you'll need to say “technical support”. They are available 7 days a week from 6 a.m. to 12 a.m. Central Time. We will be more than happy to get this looked into for you!

There is a hold time of 15 minutes when trying to call them. How about telling us when this feature will be fixed and useable again.

As I stated before this problem is now going on 24 hours later.  USAA has been pushing us to use these tools and do more online transactions. I would expect that since they do not want us to have to go back to the phone calls asking a human employee at USAA to do  it for us or to go back to pen and paper that they should have a better response time with resolving their technology issues.  So as you may have gathered. I am already checking back later.  I have checked back later several times now.  What USAA needs to do is provide more than the generic message you posted giving us more detail, such as what the problem is, why it is happening and when you will have it resolved so that we don't have to keep checking back later multiple times.  Do some customer service by providing that information.  For this to occur right at the end of the month when people are paying rent, mortgages, etc.  Is totally unacceptable.

I do all my bill planning using this feature, and it's the feature I brag the most about to non usaa members. I would also like to know when this feature will be corrected so I know which bills I am supposed to pay this week!
