They've reported questionable items on my credit card when I used them (closed 2016). I received a notice from Equifax and when I questioned USAA about it. Initially, they said they knew nothing about the change. Then they told me to submit a dispute form with proof (which I did--and waited). After a month, they sent me automated generated letter saying everything was reported correctly. This is what they do best--nothing. All you have to do is research all the government fines/findings levied against USAA over the past few years--to get an idea of how things have changed at USAA.
