Why send an email to tell someone they have a message waiting online? 


Why deactivate an online password without notifying a customer?


Why is the only option for a temporary code via text to a mobile phone? (Hard to believe, but I don't carry one)


How did the answer to "What city were you born in?" become my telephone password? (She asked for a 'password' not the answer to a security question)


Is it really necessary to ask for the names and birthdays of THREE people (Wife, Daughter, Self), branch of service, discharge date .... then tell me they are not allowed to ask the security question I had answered?


Not feeling like I am in safe hands or like a good neighbor right now.
