The external accounts on the my accounts page have become an issue. It doesn’t appear these accounts update on a regular schedule. I can request the update manually and it will update but some accounts will not. Please advise how to report this and please pass of as a suggestion when a account fails to update display option to report

@batman23, Hello, I understand that your external accounts are not consistently updating on a regular basis & that you are aware there is an option to "refresh this account" manually. However, for more clarification and further troubleshooting of why this occurs and how it can be resolved, please contact 210-531-8722 and request to speak with Website Support. ~ Lori
