Do not count on usaa doing the right thing. They will tell you one thing and do just opposite of what they tell you. If you have a card that they claim that has been fraudulent they are going to send you a new one! They are liars!!! Never happens they close out your card never send you a replacement card like they claim they would.. This is been going on over six weeks obviously they don't care about their customers!!!!

They actually sent me a replacement in about a week. The only problem I had was the way the contacted me about someone getting my card information. They sent an email when I felt someone should have called me.
