USAA has closed the lobby and herded all member to the drive thru in San Antonio. For a deposit, withdrawal, Cheshire’s check, etc, you have to pull up in the que and wait. 5 cars in front of me and over an hour to make a deposit is unacceptable. Especially when other banks have quick service and limit the type of transactions in the drive thru. Let’s get back to giving better service USAA. My time is important, don’t waste it.
