We've been USAA members for 50 years, having not only all our insurance through them but also a credit card. A few months ago USAA changed the online format for making payments to our credit card. Unfortunately, I, for one, think these format changes have made making a payment way more difficult. I can't believe I'm the only one who feels the same way. The prior format was easy to use and made making payment very simple. It's no where near the same process now. If I could have my way, I'd love it if USAA would go back to their previous format. Just saying....
