I am extremely disappointed with USAA. After 20 plus years of marriage and going through a rough divorce, I now find out since "I am not the Military Member", I am now considered a "partial" member and no longer have access to insurace, mortgage, credit card(s) or any other products and services USAA offers. Not only did my Ex serve in the military, my Father served as a Marine. I will look elsewhere (and take both my children who I oppened up accounts for) with me. Thank you USAA for looking after ALL Military Families.. it's good to know I am no longer "good enough" to bank with you. Wishing you all a Happy New Year!!
