Thank you for your post. Unfortunately, I do not have the answer. I do not work in customer service and am just a blogger. I will run this up to get you an "official" answer.
The board meets, it is meeting today, and determines a percentage. This is applied to your premium to determine a rebate. I was told that it would be posted on line, but I have never seen that. If you call tomorrow, the agent should be able to give you yours.
The USAA Facebook page is saying:
We have emails going out to our members over the course of the next several days. If you have not received an email from us by Wednesday, please give us a call at 1-800-531-8722.
My suggestion would be to call in and speak to a representative.
