I did all of my investing and saving through USAA for years so that all of my assets would be in one place. It made things easy to manage and if anything happened to me my family knew to just contact USAA.  I trusted them.

USAA's board seems to continuously grow but now they can't handle investments, IRAs, etc.

Now I have three accounts, logins, passwords, etc. with different entities.  Not the simplicity I was looking for.

If I wanted to invest through Schwabb or Victory Capital I would have done so to begin with.

USAA used to be a top-notch organization, now I would rate them C- at best.  They have been declining for the past 6-8 years.

I totally agree.  I don't even have access to my account information as I am unwilling to agree that they can provide and sell my personal information to whomever they want.  After being a USAA member for almost four decades this move makes me question my loyalty to USAA.

@sailfish9, Thank you for your over 4 decades. Sorry to hear you do not have access to your account information.  I would like to look into this. Is this for your investment account(s)?  Thank you ~Tom

I have several mutual funds.  I can get to Victroy log in but have to give permission for them to sell and give away my peronal information.  I do not want to be inundated with sales e-mails and spam.  I have no interest in allowing others to hand out my information.  As a USAA member I should have access to MY account information without restrictions or requirements.
