I cannot believe the sorry support from USAA. I made an $1800 payment to my USAA Mastercard from my USAA checking account, the payment was received and cleared within 1 day and then put on an 8 day hold. I guess USAA Mastercard underwriters don't trust the USAA Banking underwriters but they expect me to trust them. Now my insurance payment will be late and fees will be collected from me. This is so wrong due to the fact that at no time has USAA ever put a hold on a payment to my Mastercard and their excuse now is because I made such a large (doesn't matter that it's necessary)payment. Wow could have just left the money in my checking and made them process a check instead of them reaping the benefits of the interest charges they will receive.

Goodbye USAA, you have screwed me for the last time.

Amen, I just closed 2 of my accounts today. Leaving my CD left, only because it has to stay unless I wanna pay fees to close it. Tired of the of it all, been with USAA since 2006. Good luck!
