After leaving a detailed account Yesterday of what has transpired over the last seven weeks with a fraud claim and the lack of respect USAA is having with handling my case and contacting me or the detective that solve the case and caught the perpetrator my phone actually rang at 8:01 this morning Eastern time San Antonio USAA calling me I answered it immediately and they hung up imagine that what a joke this is the simplest open and shut case of fraud and theft and hacking I’ve ever seen
You truly need to start doing what you preach USAA on all your commercials and start taking care of your members like myself that you chose to ignore Emily Responded to my post yesterday I responded to her and still nothing is being done I don’t understand what the problem is this isn’t rocket science but they’re making it out to sound that way simple phone call to the detective in Indiana That’s all it takes

I’m trying to be professional as I can and I appreciate you taking the time to email or leave a response but it’s no different than Emily yesterday USAA Obviously is not taking it serious but I’m sure the new stations will and the BBB and my lawyer I expect a phone call today from the fraud department and the money back in my account for a clear and blatant theft the detectives waiting for a phone call it’s that simple
