So, multiple weeks back I sent some paychecks (around the 21st of July) using the mail deposit envelopes. It is now August 4th and my desposit has still not been added to my account. I heard that there has been some direct deposit issues with the military (I'm not in the military btw) and I was wonering if this is happening to anyone else?
I used to mail in checks exclusively... we had issues "qualifying" for the Mobile Deposit feature. Mailing them from New York to Texas, they would get credited to the account usually in about 7 calendar days, but I did have one mailing that took 13 calendar days. Never got an explantion as to why. Since then, I use the Mobile Deposit exclusively... nothing to mail, no risk of losing checks, and they are credited the next day.
