yes i did i went to the UPS that's on locator app on USAA they had no limit and the portion of the money was readily available right away and the rest of the money cleared in 10 days. glad that USAA makes things easier.
I tried to deposit a large check this morning >$100k from the sale of a house. UPS store showed an error and when I called USAA customer service, they could only tell me that there is a maximum limit, but they couldn't tell me wha the limit is. Do you not have a terms and conditions document or disclosure that states the maximum? How do you expect clients to make deposits when you have no branches. I should not have to pay for certified mail or fed ex with insurance just to put money into your financial institution.
