I have never experienced the lack of respect and disregard from a company like I did today. The customer service representatives were unprofessional and condescending. My problem has not been resolved and I'm left to wait for a phone call from a manager sometime in the next 24 hours. I am a customer and I put my faith and hard earned money into USAA. I deserve to be addressed with courtesy, respect, and professionalism. I am entitled to a resolution now, not within 24 hours through a random callback. To sum up my experience in 6 words…….USAA, you let me down today.
