USAA has the worse customer service I’ve experienced in over 60 years of doing business with any bank or credit union. I have been trying to speak with a credit card supervisor for nearly 36 hours on an issue they, USAA CREATED. Seems everyone is to busy!

Yes I agree with you. Been fighting for months to dispute a fraud case they deemed closed and took my money from me. And they just add notes and tell me someone will call in two days. The fraud u it never investigated the case and say I'm at fault. A lawyer is gonna ebe involved and I'm golfing to close my account when it's done with.
Agreed. I’ve been asking for a Supervisor over 3 hours. 3 reps hung up on me. They threatened my sister with hanging up on her because she caught them in a lie regarding my moms account being locked.

60 years?!? I’m sure they’ll miss you if you cancel your account which is what I’m about to do.
