Credit frozen because of customer service agent

called to raise my limit and customer service agent ended up freezing my credit card limit. Then they tried to tell me all my funds were transferred wrong and I said that credit specialist transferred my saving to CD. Now I'm having to wait at least 48 hours to get my funds back into my account. WTF!!!! Seems like left hand doesn't know what right hand is doing!!!!!
