A Hotel in Mexico double charged my deposit resulting in a $345 overcharge. I disputed the charge with USAA since it’s a USAA card, with no luck and no explanation they declined an investigation. Apparently merchants can make a mistake and not correct it and you have no options. Anyone have any advice? Are USAA credit cards even safe to use anymore?
