Has anyone experienced a fraudulent charge on their USAA card and how did you get them to resolve it?

I am a member of USAA more than 20 years, never late with my credit card payment and now I am a victim of a fraudulent charge that USAA refuse to credit my account. This is so troubling because up until this point I’ve always regarded USAA as a good company but now I see what everyone is referring to. This is really sad.. I’ve been fighting it since March and spoke to countless people at USAA that keeps staying yea we will look into it. It’s a fraud charge but still I am incurring interest.

Can someone PLEASE help me figure out how to get this $1500 charge from Ralph’s supermarket off my card.

Thanks for looking into this. I hope this will be the end of this nightmare and USAA will do the right thing and take off the fraudulent charge off my credit card.

TY for reporting this. USAA owes you and all members an exclamation on this. What is going on here? USAA proper action now---now! I wish you the best and hope this gets fixed ASAP.

@Officer Wife - if you do not get a satisfactory response from USAA, report the information to the Better Business Bureau.  It is easy to find by googling.  They have lots of complaints - USAA must respond within a certain time period.  I haven't had to go this route in awhile, but the last time I was on the BBB site USAA's rating was pretty low.  

Thanks NSueZ @Prestigious Contributor, it’s been a week with no one from USAA reaching out, so I will take your advise and contact the BBB.
This is such a nightmare dealing with USAA on this issue. I love the service for years but not me it might be time to start moving all our assets somewhere else.
