I made a large payment to my USAA credit card last week. The funds have posted out of my USAA checking account but have not posted to my USAA credit card. My husband is out of town and trying to get home as our daughter was hit by a drunk driver this morning and is in the ICU in a coma. USAA will not post the payment to our credit card so he can use the funds to rent a car to get home as we have waited so long for an answer from you guys he's missed all flights. I have waited outside the hospital as I've been told I would get immediate calls back with no response. I've had to call several times and no one will help me. I can't believe this incredible lack of help and customer service. Why is my money in limbo and why will no one help? I am so angry with USAA. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
