Credit Card Debt

I have a credit card debt with USAA and need to  pay it off.  I started paying on it through a collection agency through an agreement, but funds and job did not work out.  I really would like to try to work with USAA in order to get rid of this debt (try to pay on a monthly basis.) What do I need to do.,

I allso have a house in Arkansas and I live in Kansas.  No one is living in it at this time.  I don't have any money to fix on it and people are breakingin it and my  insurance throught USA will not pay for al that has been  stolen or destroyed because of a 90 day rule for occupancy.  Now I might lose my house because my insurance will not pay for the damages.  I have been trying to get refinanced, but to know avail and this is global climate has not made it any better.  HELP!

I would suggest you contact a legitimate credit counseling service or a lawyer that deals with Bankruptcies to explore options.  Good ones won't try to force you into anything but will explain what can and cannot be done.
