Why is it so hard to talk with anyone in management at USAA?  And, when I do speak with someone about why USAA doesn't have contactless credit cards they act like I am the first person to bring it up.  Really?  USAA used to be the number 1 bank to work with.  No longer.  And, I can tell by others there are many who are frustrated with their service.
