We have been customers for at least 15 years with no issues. For several months now we've had issues with our checking account. We've called several times and received quite a few negative and rude comments. Our account shows a positive balance with our bi-monthly deposits however if I have any withdrawals, transfers or write any checks, they will show up under a negative balance. We are showing all withdraws first then deposits and it should be the other way around. When this happens, it shows a negative balance and charges us a $29 fee per transaction. If any of those transactions are a check, that too will incur a fee that we have to pay seperately. We were told to inform this chat group to solve the problem. We do hope that we've reached the correct people. After many attempts and many people later, we are ready to search for a different credit union to handle our needs.
