i haven't used my USAA checking account in a long time, so it became inactive. Since I wanted to maintain only one bank account , I chose to have all my funds at USAA. I called into customer service and spoke to a very nice lady name Lindsey. She took care of all my questions. She had inform me my account was inactive and asked if I liked it to be active again. And in minutes she took care of that. Customer service is great. She answered all of my concerns and questions. I am completely satisfied on how they take care of the members. Looking forward to just banking with them officially.
