I attempted to use the online chat, I answered your pop up questions, entered my inquiry in the free text box and then clicked 'start chat' The response was "Due to high volumes, no chat representatives are currently available" Why do you waste my time if you have no one to chat. I can't believe the service gets worse every day at USAA, simply amazing.

I'm sorry to hear about the extended hold times you experienced while trying to reach us through our chat channel.
