I am seriously considering leaving USAA after many many years of being a loyal customer. Between the upgrades to take days instead of hours to complete or the half assed website application app whatever it is the tells me the system is down please try again later for weeks on end. I have had it and I'm seriously considering moving to a different bank. Somebody needs to have their butt kicked or need to go get a different job someplace else!
