Can Take all day, but won't give back

I have been a member for 20+ years.  I have all my product thru this bank, (Insurance, banking). So, it is amazing to me that USAA can take money from your account as easy as breathing, but it takes 10 business days to give that money back. Money that was taken on error. USAA has been doing this same kind of terrible service for me for the whole 20 years I have been a member. Your business practice of saying"I'm sorry I can't help" is really terrible service. Maybe, It is time to go to Navy federal or some other bank that actually cares about its members. Because USAA does not.
