This means servicing companies like Nationstar are providing relief at their discretion, and we cannot force them in providing certain aid. For a real reduction in our payments we should lobby our states to stop letting the insurance companies raise our rates...  Every year...

They are doing nothing.  They put a big message out.  When you call and sit on hold for an hour.  You get we put it in and you will get a letter in 7-10 days.  Wow the President is on TV with updates daily, the State is on twice a day, County is three times a day.  USAA  7-10 days.  We need to leave and go elsewhere.
