I regret to hear about the trouble you've encountered @Swabb. Can you provide a few more details about the trouble experienced? Are you receiving an error message? What path are you taking to reach the Pay Bills section of our site? Any information you can provide will be helpful. I currently do not show anything on our end that would cause you not to be able to use the Pay Bills feature online. - Rhonda
