A warning to USAA Customer Service department
If you call USAA for assistance and "Tiffany" answers the phone, do yourself a favor and just hang up and call back until you get someone else. This person has given me incorrect information in the past and does not know what they are doing. They fail to ask for obvious information and will unnecessarily put you on hold numerous times. At times it as if they are just fabricating information out of thin air.
I would like to have a representative reach out to you in order to assist. Would you please mind sending us an email to email@example.com, along with your member information and details provided above? Thank you.
