I am having increasing difficulty connecting with Banktivity software to USAA. Anyone else? How do we make sure USAA hears us?
My spouse and I have 31 accounts in Banktivity. Four of these are with USAA. 27 play nice with Banktivity - 3 of my spouses accounts generally work, but he has "Computer Recognition" as him logon method. My one account (credit card) does not work most of the time. My logon methods are limited to Cybertext and Cybertoken. I want Computer Recognition, but it is not available to me.

I, too, am having trouble using Banktivity/Yodlee to update my USAA info. Taking my account offline and re-adding it is time-consuming and annoying. All of my other banks work fine with Banktivity, which is so much easier to use than Quicken has ever been. Please fix this issue.
