I am so angry that the forecast ability is gone in the checking account with this new update. I also can't change the categories of my transactions. My wife and I relied on future transactions and forecasting; we actually write a check every now and then and now cannot add that transaction in the account. I am not sure if the developers realized that they were on the verge of displacing both Mint and Quicken, that now we are starting to look elsewhere.
I called tech support, and the poor folks didn't even know what I was talking about. Who makes significant changes and not even alert the technical staff.
Based on your question, is there a possibility of them bringing it back?
@Tjhands, I understand the frustration with this issue. Although the new Account Summary pages are being rolled out to members, they are still under construction and currently don't include some of the features available. Rest assured, these and other "missing" features are being developed and will launch as soon as they are available. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience. Tricia
Hello @sherriwebs and I'm sorry to hear of this experience you had. The Track Money tool is being updated to two new, simpler tools called Spending and Trends. The new tools will be more user-friendly and address feedback members like you have shared over the past few years. There is no specific date the tool will be introduced. Members will receive the budgeting and spending analysis tool updates in groups between now and the end of 2020.Aside from a brand-new look and feel, your Spending and Trends tools have a new set of transaction categories and sub-categories. Sub-categories you created will not transition to the new tools. I understand the seriousness of the situation. I have located your information and will engage a specialist to review the details. Thank you for speaking up today. ~Sarah
