Yes, I missed an automatic payment after 10 years of being a loyal customer. I did correct the problem as soon as I was available to correct our financial priorities. No, I will not pay full policy price all at once. I can't afford that.

If this is how USAA wants to deal with loyal customers, I can get a policy elsewhere, take my banking elsewhere, and set up automatic payments, for two vehicles financed through USAA, from another institution.

Being late 7 days, in my opinion, does not justify such a slap in the face.
