I also wanted to advice you that we do offer a click to chat feature online. To initiate a secure online chat, please select ASK USAA near the top of your account page, or from the HELP tab, select Chat from the Contact Us Chat options. I tried to use the function on your website.  Believe me, I had plenty of time.  All I got was a robot searching for answers on your website.  No live person.  That's not what I call a live chat.
