How many customer service reps does a member have to call to become irate and not have your problem resolved with USAA?
It's time to leave this sinking ship. I earned my "rewards" by using your awful banking service. Now, I can't get them applied to my bill. Three CS reps later and problem unresolved.
What a disappointing sight for this once reputable company so over itself.
