Hello, My question is.. I’ve been in a bad situation for 3 years from a divorce. I have applied for credit cards at 0% interest and transferred the balances each year to pay them off and double on payments. I have done well and paid off over 50K in CCs and my credit score is out of the suck zone now. 690 now. Now I have a lot of credit cards with nothing on them that have a high interest …do I leave them open or closed them?

@kdawna   I'm sorry to hear about your situation, but happy to hear you have done very well over the last few years! Here at USAA we are not credit advisors so we are unable to advise you what to do, but I do recommend reaching out to one of the credit agencies and ask their advice. Please let us know if you have any other questions, and have a great weekend!   ~Tom
