Hello BRID25516 USAA does not use ESG scores. We have a strong set of programs in place that are designed to help us better serve our members and communities, to include wise stewardship of our natural resources and efficient operations, philanthropic support for nonprofits organizations focusing on Military Family Resilience, and strong governance principles through an ethics and integrity program. -Heather
Wow- sounds like you came up with a bureaucratic word salad designed to maximize obfuscation. Here are a couple suggestions to serve the members better: significantly increase your basic savings account interest rate from a laughable and insulting 0.01% (the on-line bank to which we moved the bulk of our savings offer 90 times your rate, literally!), and allow members to contact USAA by e-mail rather than herding them into the awful phone menu, where you record every call (despite saying "this call may be recorded..."), and demand the member obtain a court order if they would like a copy of the audio file. There is something shady going on at USAA: what is "an ethics and integrity program" exactly, can you give us examples?
I appreciate your reply, @Reid Fitzsimons and I'll be happy to forward your feedback on both the savings account rates and the email option to reach us. Also, please know that our Bank chat team is available 24/7 for members to reach out and ask any questions regarding the banking side. Just click the CHAT option in the lower right corner of the mobile app, or the CHAT link in the upper right corner of the website, after you log in. Be aware, if the chat link is unavailable, this simply means that all representatives are assisting other members, so please keep trying. As for the "ethics and integrity program", I'll forward this to a colleague that can provide you with a detailed response regarding this. - Cathleen
