I took my $ out of WF because of ESG. Opened a USAA account and turns out that USAA supports ESG as well. I can’t be part of “The Great Reset” of Capitalism. ESG stands for Environmental, Social and Governance. If you don’t know about ESG, I suggest you google it! Thought that I could rely on an establishment that supports our troops but is part of this cult. It is a cult! Shame USAA<br>

We have a strong set of programs in place that are designed to help us better serve our members and communities, to include wise stewardship of our natural resources and efficient operations, philanthropic support for nonprofits organizations focusing on Military Family Resilience, and strong governance principles through an ethics and integrity program. -Heather

Wow- sounds like you came up with a bureaucratic word salad designed to maximize obfuscation. Here are a couple suggestions to serve the members better: significantly increase your basic savings account interest rate from a laughable and insulting 0.01% (the on-line bank to which we moved the bulk of our savings offer 90 times your rate, literally!), and allow members to contact USAA by e-mail rather than herding them into the awful phone menu, where you record every call (despite saying "this call may be recorded..."), and demand the member obtain a court order if they would like a copy of the audio file. There is something shady going on at USAA: what is "an ethics and integrity program" exactly, can you give us examples?
