Trying to add my husband to my account for the 8th time within a long application process and yet again, across 3 browsers, they give NO OPTION TO SELECT UNITED STATES OR AMERICA - YET HAVE EVERY OTHER COUNTRY.
Thus, after the 8th time, I am still unable to add him to my account and will have to start the process all over again.
