Us retirees have all the travel tips. If you are visiting Pensacola NAS stay at the Navy Lodge Hotel, it's on base and right on the beach. Right next to the Navy Lodge is the CPO Club which has a great lunch buffet with a beautiful view of the beach.

The Blue Angels are stationed there and they do their practice air show every Wednesday morning at * hours. The best way to watch that air show is to go to the base golf course club house restaurant for their great breakfast buffet. It's up on the second level. Get there about * hours, get your breakfast, go out on the sun deck on the second level and watch the air show as you're enjoying breakfast.

That's this Post's travel tip from your Military Travel Channel Host, Stand United.

Stand United,

Thank you for sharing your Pensacola travel tips. I was lucky enough to spend a month there with my two little girls last fall, while my husband completed a safety class, and we really enjoyed it. We spent almost every afternoon at the National Aviation Museum exploring and playing in their kids area. There is so much to see and learn about there! Looks like I need to plan a trip to return and take advantage of the breakfast buffet!

Thanks again for sharing Military Travel Channel Host- I mean, Stand United!
