When will subscriber monies be distrued

Today is the 19th. Still no deposit despite the email saying I would get it. My family members have all gotten their's though.

I called today, 16 December, and was told that distributions should be done the last week of the month. I’m not holding my breath since in all the previous years, the latest I received my distribution was 14 December.
