affected by coronavirus like everybody, need help with car payments, they say to call but wait time is 40 minutes or longer, then when I did get through they say can not help wrong department, transfer and wait another 40 minutes, so I gave up. I tried chat line but keep getting cancelled. Thats why I have cancelled most of my account with USAA, not the same when I joined USAA 30 years ago.

@vegazz, I am so sorry that you are affected by COVID-19 financially and that wait times are so long. We unfortunately are very busy right now. This isn't how we ever want you to feel.
