I was told recently by someone in the executive office the reason for them not wanting to respond to us is because they have too many members and they're too busy doing other things rather than care for their service member's that's the lamest excuse I've ever heard all of the other companies we'll take the time to talk to you if you run it up the chain of command just letting everybody know how important you are to USAA
