Received an unsolicited call from customer support, a woman named Kayla, who left a message and out of her way to be polite, but she also went out of her way to be ineffective, a waste of time and a do nothing but waste my time. She asked me to return her call, which I did, immediately; she did not answer. Now, 5 days later still no response. She did not indicate a good time or day to call.
The underlying reason is having to wait 2 hours and 45 minutes for Agero to respond after 10 pm, with temperatures in lower 30's and a dead battery with no heat.
This is the 2nd time of more than 2 & 1/2 hours of wait time. And the "pop-a-lock driver said 5 other calls in the area, "they kept coming in". I said, "But my call was first, it was 2 hours and 45 minutes ago." He said it was better for me, besides we don't like the military in Berkeley.
