Thank you for your interest in the Car Buying Service. I am happy to explain that you can search for new and used cars online. To do so, simply follow these steps: 

  • Access the Car Buying Service on usaa.com/Mobile App via Products > Shopping and Discounts > Car Buying Service
  • Start building/searching the vehicle and specifics (i.e., year, make, model, trim). This can be completed in a matter of minutes.
  • Verify and submit your information to make sure you are receiving the program price on local inventory.
  • Once completed, if it is a new car you will receive dealer offers via phone, email, and/or text. If it is a used car, you will receive a phone call or text, as well as an email with a Used Car certificate
  • Once you get to the dealership, ask for the person listed on the email or used car certificate
