Has anyone had a successful negotiation with USAA during a total loss claim regarding a car accident?
I am having a really hard time communicating with them after their initial low offer. $4300 in Massachusetts. Most used cars up here are over priced but it is this market that i must buy in.
I explained that the (4month) old used car had new brakes and struts all around plus an upgraded apple touch screen stereo with back up camera. they didnt care. its a 2005 Corolla high mileage(172k) so those things are important.
So any helpful hints, ideas would be appreciated greatly
